T-Mobile Pushing out Android System update

The ones who don't have it yet -- Have you tried manually checking just to see if it shows? I am just curious :).

I've tried three times with no luck. I'll just be patient as it seems like it's pushing out overnight. 10d bought on 6/6 in a t-mobile store

Mentioned this is another thread but it went relatively unnoticed so I'm quoting myself here:
This is probably a total placebo effect but I turned off dual window and the battery percentage and my phone's touch response appears to be a lot better.. Wonder if anyone else tried this?

It appears another person found this to help as well... Once again.. Might be placebo but it really seems to have made a difference on my end.

Can't hurt! I don't find myself using dual window as much as I thought I would. I don't think I'm used to having it as an option coming from a Nexus 5

Ugh, guess I got this forced update overnight and I got into the office and my corporate wifi was no longer accessible (requires a special client and certificate). Did a full reset and hopefully it starts working again. If not, may have to return the phone.

So I've played with this for about an hour and I definitely think this helped! I am able to barely touch the screen and it will respond, including text messages and walking the phone up. I used to have to press fairly hard and even then sometimes I'd have to use the power button to unlock because tapping wouldn't work

Crazy stuff. Thanks

Still haven't gotten my update yet.Was told its being pushed out in stages so I guess i'll have to wait for my turn. Tried manually updating with the computer using LG Bridge but no luck that way either.

Mine just automatically downloaded during the night. It is possible that is what happened to you and others, and you may not even know it.

Does it bring back multi user support? Every review, including the one posted here, said the G4 supported multi user. I'm not happy that it is stripped out of the t-mobile version.

Can anyone see if Android Multi User is back with this update? What about Equaliser? No update for me yet.

The update is sneaky. You won't even know it. They timed it to install at night. My buddy's phone updated and he didn't even know. I only knew mine updated because I was using it when it randomly rebooted.

LG Bridge keeps telling me it can't read the software version on the phone. That's even after a reboot on both ends. LG Mobile Support Tool works fine though, and it said nothing available.

I hope the update is checking battery life before it decides to download + install. What if you only had a few % battery life and it decides to download, install, and reboot itself.... ???

Yes, if it didn't there'd be 1000's of bricked phones.

Got the surprise H update overnight without warning. I was at 90% at bedtime so no problems.

It doesn't let you update until you're charged.

There was a guy on XDA that said his installed when he had 5% battery left. Had to run and grab his charger as fast as he could. Wonder how many people are going to get bricked because of this.

Anyways, woke up with 10h. Fun fun.
