T-Mobile S10 + Need VOLTE option

I bought a Galaxy S10 Plus from Ebay to use on Straight Talk. The phone was listed as new but seems to have originally been a TMobile phone. Yesterday I got a message from Straight Talk that they were changing their network and my phone wouldn't work because it doesn't have VOLTE. l look at the network connections and there is no option to turn it on. Is there a way to fix this? I just bought the phone and don't want to spend another $300.

Any help greatly appreciated. I'm not phone or tech savvy at all.

The APN settings look like ATT is the carrier.

Looks like I have about three days to figure it out before my phone stops working. It says not even 911 calls will work.

Can u post a screenshot of your software page , want know which carrier this device originally came from ? Settings >about phone >software page tap

Interesting I never seen a carrier version Samsung have XAA that for unlocked firmware with U1 model number .

Tmb/xaa/xaa ...the first 2 means sim unlocked straight talk Tmobile ...the 3rd XAA never seen on carrier version it would usually have Att or TMB ,Sprt , VZW very strange

Tmobile usually have small bloat , something don't make sense with your firmware , someone did something


This my unlocked Note 20U from Samsung
Xaa at the end indicates it's originally unlocked and model number U1 on unlocked firmware.

No, I've had it for a while and it's working fine now it's just that according to Straight Talk it's going to quit in a couple days.

Find a different Carrier s10 + has VOLTE maybe they don't

I have an S10+ and definitely have VoLTE.
