T-Mobile S10 + Need VOLTE option

I bought a Galaxy S10 Plus from Ebay to use on Straight Talk. The phone was listed as new but seems to have originally been a TMobile phone. Yesterday I got a message from Straight Talk that they were changing their network and my phone wouldn't work because it doesn't have VOLTE. l look at the network connections and there is no option to turn it on. Is there a way to fix this? I just bought the phone and don't want to spend another $300.

Any help greatly appreciated. I'm not phone or tech savvy at all.

That phone is also out of date. I am on OneUI 4.0 and that is on 2.5. Would flashing it to the latest unlocked version help?

I also have VOLTE

My wife has a Samsung on Straight Talk. When she gets home tonight I'll see if she will let me put her SIM in my phone to see if it shows the VOLTE option.
Ok , yeah so your device was originally a unlocked version , it's just someone flashed carrier version which nothing wrong, sorry was little tired last night had get up early this morning for hockey game .

Alrighty so I inserted my wife's SIM card and still no luck. Still doesn't show the VoLTE option. She has an S9 Plus using Straight Talk. She also purchased her phone from Ebay but it did not have any provider stuff loaded on it, unlike mine which had TMobile stuff on it.

Any suggestions on how to get my S10 + back working? I've bought a cheap A02s to keep me going until I can hopefully get the S10 back up.

Is that something a non-phone tech person can do on their own? At this point I have little to lose as the phone is of no use to me as is. Kinda breaks my heart as the phone is only 7 - 8 months hold and I have nearly $500 in it including the case. Not easy for me to right off.

Could you possibly point me to a website with a good tutorial on the flash process?
