T-Mobile S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

has anyone managed to figure out how best to remove the freebie already applied screen protector that TMobile included? i don't like the feel on the edges so i'd like to remove mine, if possible.

i've never ever used a screen protector before so i don't believe i want to use this one either.

i don't want to cause damage, so i'd appreciate hearing what others might have done. thank you.

Just peel it off with your nail.
 
TMo is always behind on that stuff. I'd download the UPS app, and sign up for My Choice. It'll show any package coming to your address. No need for a tracking number.
I have UPSmy choice but it's supposed to come to my work address, so nothing shows. Ugh.

With things like this I usually just get a piece of scotch tape and place it on the corner and press it relatively hard to make sure it's got a good stick and then peal it back. If scotch tape won't work then you can use a piece of duct tape.
 
it's not a screen protector whatsoever. it's merely a piece of the usual thin plastic peel off!

weird. it's just that it was applied very well and curves well. that's all.

it peels off with barely any effort. it's just the exact same thin plastic as every other phone from past years.
 
Finally I see pending charge on my credit card account for Flamingo pink s10+. Excited now, but no tracking yet on ups
 
I don't have the pink, just the regular s10 prism white 128gb. I ordered on the 2nd, and finally got charged early morning yesterday(probably could've got charged earlier but there was a little issue with my order) and last night I check my ups and it showed ready for UPS since 4pm! I kept checking my-tmobile page but it wasn't showing any update lol now I wake up this today and I got a text from tmobile saying its shipped. just got the origin scan this morning and estimated delivery is tomorrow! NOW I just got be patient and go through thus same experience that I watched all of you go through while waiting for your deliveries lol
 
Hey Guys. For those concerned about late pre-ordering like I did on Wednesday the 6th. and claiming the galaxy buds. I talked with a Samsung Rep 5 minutes ago and here is the conversation we had:

I recently Pre-Ordered a Galaxy s10 Plus from T-Mobile, One of the deciding factors in my recent purchase is I have always used samsung products and Love all of them, But the Promo for the Free Samsung Buds was a big factor on my Purchase. But i have checked the tmobile site and i will not receive the Phone until April 2nd, and I have seen the the Promo for the Free Galaxy buds expires on April 4th

I guess what my question is that if for some reason my phone delivery is late is there any way to claim the earbuds. I Pre-Ordered specifically for this reason and next question is regardless if Samsung has sold out of the earbuds as long as i receive my phone and use the Shop Samsung app will i still get either the Voucher or Earbuds if i complete everything by the 4th?

Because of the great screens Samsung has had, I've never had an issue and never had a scratch (my work issued iPhone on the other hand gets the same wear and tear and is all scratched up!). I like this screen protector so far...it feels just like the native screen and I can't tell it's there, except for the barely noticeable cutout around the camera. What benefit do the glass screen protectors have over these?

I agree. I want to know where I can get more of these pre-installed screen protectors. They're not yet on samsung.com.

I had a very similar conversation this morning. Basically, if you don't receive the phone by 4/4 because it's backordered from where ever you ordered, as long as you have proof you preordered by 3/7, they will still allow you to redeem the promotion by showing the proof to samsung.
 
Wow I'm excited that some flamingo pinks are finally started to process! For those of you have been getting charged, can you tell me your ship windows? Mine's still a about 2 weeks away but just curious. Thanks!
 
That is definitely NOT a screen protector.... That film is so flimsy when you peel it off! Don't get me wrong, I'm glad they decided to give them temporary protection, I wouldn't use them as a daily driver though...

I bought a Zagg Ultra Clear Glass Screen Protector, working flawlessly with the Fingerprint Reader!

Got the phone yesterday afternoon, registered and approved for the Ear Buds, & currently all set up & moved in!

Yeah, watch Flossy Carter's S10E unboxing... he's roasting that "screen protector." Said if that plastic film is a screen protector, then the plastic film on the back is a case and ripped it off.
