Origin scans usually come in the evening, relax we might not even see them today.

Sometimes freight is pre sorted for UPS so origin scans might not take place until the container is unpacked at its destination hub.

Yeah that happened to me this summer with the Note 9. One night all I had was the shipping label, next morning I had departure and arrival scans.

My UPS app sent me a notification yesterday saying my 128Gb GS10+ was shipping and will be delivered today. Unfortunately, this morning I get another update saying scratch that it wasn't shipped but UPS is ready for it... WTF T-Mobile. Anyway, my CC showed a pending charge over the weekend that cleared today but knowing my luck today is just the processing with shipment occurring tomorrow and delivery Wednesday or later.

Definitely not what it means - I talked to the tmobile rep this morning and they said I should still get it when everyone does (ships 3/4-3/6)

He just got word...Hold status means you are on back order.....which suuuuuucks!!

I just told you, guy. My friend texted me and said "Dude....my status says on hold". I said damn that sucks! He messaged me later and said Tmo told him that status meant his phone was on back order. Why would I come here and make that up.!?

I ordered right from Samsung, but I got the T-Mobile edition.

Mine also said "Kept On Hold", but I was charged this morning, and TMo rep said that everything was fine.

HE said it was on back order from what a TMO rep told him. I relayed that message. If there were not an issue, why do you think only a few out of all in this thread have a "hold" status? It's whatever, dude..Good luck getting your phone when you do. Enjoy it.

Cause its clearly something on T-mobiles end, which they did note the first time I called on Saturday about the "payment could not process" message.

All good tho will just wait and see, enjoy your phone as well mate.

well damn, I did the same but on Saturday I got an email saying they couldn't process my payment so I had to call my bank and make sure that didn't happen again. anyways I just decided to cancel and preorder with Tmobile instead since I was debating myself between the two since Tmobile has more value in return but higher down payment and Samsung price was cheaper but also said "ship by March 22nd"(also trading in my s8plus). but I may receive my phone later now since I wasn't charged yet or anything but I don't mind as long as it's just a couple of days. But now I can't help but think if I sticked with Samsung , it probably would've been on the way right now

Taken with some skepticism and a grain of salt, but just got a shipping notice from UPS that my package will be delivered tomorrow afternoon. I ordered a prism white s10+ on the 1st after canceling a flamingo pink order from the 28th.
