T-Mobile S10/+: Pre-Order Thread

Any idea when I should see movement?

• 2/21 Preordered white S10 128gb
• 3/2 Had an error processing payment, updated card shortly after
• 3/5 Charged in the AM
• 3/5 Shipping label created around 4PM

No notification and no movement on my tracking number (UPS says Shipment Ready for UPS). Nothing on the T-mobile site as well.

So far I'm completely unimpressed with the fps. Damn near have to crush the phone for it to work.

I've heard pressing down hard is actually worse. They said just tap the screen. Have you tried that?

Have you also checked for a software update? There is supposed to be one to improve it.

Likewise. The driver is slowly making his way up the road.

I've got all my Galaxy Watch data backed up (because for some reason you have to reset the watch to re-pair it). SDcard decrypted. Everything is ready for the S10+.

How are you guys able to see the drivers location in the app? My UPS app only has out for delivery.

Make sure you're logged in. If you just enter the tracking number and check the page, you won't have a "Follow my Delivery" button.

Are you pressing hard or tapping?

Also unfortunately I'm sure some phones will perform better than others

Recieved my s10+ in ceramic white, but the edges are silver not rose gold. Anyone else have this?

Where's the unlock button? For some reason I have to double tap. I don't use fingerprint or face recognition

I was trying to figure out why I couldn't see the map either and I read on some UPS page that it is only for residential deliveries. I'm having it delivered to my work and it's considered commercial so the map isn't available. If you are having it sent to your house then I'm not sure why you aren't seeing the map.
