hi,
i cant seem to see the phone as disk drive via usb, i get the error 'usb device not recognized'. i tried on myu primary pc, as well as my laptop, same error message.
phone is not rooted or unlocked.
i did the factory reset, and reinstalled apps i had, still no go, and error...
ideas...??

p.s. i do notice a slight wobble in the usb connection to phone, slight wobble. ive looked into the connection, blew it out with air if maybe there was something stuck in there preventing a solid connection....
any ideas?
phone is 18 mos old so at worst, i could upgrade to latest android/tmobile phone.
