Yup and using PC

That's really weird. Maybe factory reset it then try again. I know it's a pain but possibly worth a try. All the update is is the December security patch really. It makes a few things a little smoother but other than that.

Thanks for helping me out. I'm one step ahead of you.

Done all following steps

1. Factory reset/Hard
2. Unistall LG bridge
3. Dance around with Happy song (minion)
4. Give couple slaps on back cover lol.

I'll just for tmobile to push it out.

Just thought about it.. are you using the cable that came with the phone or at least a cable from another phone manufacturer, or are you using a third party cable?

Today, I got enough time to bother LG Rep over chat. I'm surprised they said, we can't update though LG Bridge and have to wait for carrier push OTA. Really?

Why? Makes no sense. Especially since i used bridge to update mine. Worked perfectly fine. Did he say what would happen if you got the update to work?

After I told him. Couple guys at LG v20 forum got their update from LG bridge. His responded, " Can I help with anything else"?. Can't go any further with that. Plus, I got distracted with this gif.

Haha. I don't think he liked that very much. Lol. I wonder if the update through lg bridge was a slip-up. Like a accidental push. Happy new years! Just turned midnight here!
