T-Mobile Woes

I personally wouldn't go that route as I value my credit a lot more than let's say a 50-80 phone bill that I could just leave before a new cycle.

Eh it's always worked in my favor. The one time it went farther than a phone call (a bank kept charging me for something I had already paid) I called them, told them I'd already paid them and wasn't going to pay a penny more, and told them if they tried one more time they'd be seeing me on court. Most of the time the company, in this case T-Mobile, will issue a credit refund for payments made and you won't half to talk about not paying. To each their own lol.

I've had a few issues as well with payments and other things before... I'm just saying you don't always have to jump to threatening... Sometimes you just need upper management. I've been with all the major carriers and usually if you're civil and aren't asking for anything ridiculous they'll work with you.. Just sometimes reps are instructed to stick to their guns.. Ain't their fault.. They just have to do their job.. Hence why the management makes the exceptions :).

Agreed. It's not like T-Mobile has contracts anymore (unless you were an existing customer before that)...Well, even if you were, my mom got out of her's by switching to their new plans.

This could be a lemon phone maybe or just lack of coverage in your area. I left Verizon in October and came to T-Mobile. I can't say I've had a single reception or missed call issue yet. Good luck!
