First off I'm a newbie here and this is my first post. thank you for reading.
I got this box last week as a replacement for a magic see box with android 8.0 I could not pass it up it was really cheap got it off alliexpress.com which is where I have gotten them in the past regardless of where I got it I'm having an issue with anything google related. the box runs ok but really slow for some reason even compared to the one I'm replacing it with . I can not log into my google account or the google play store so I can't add anything to the box I made sure I have all permission turned to on I cleared out all the app data and chace when ever I try to log in it just seems to lag and then I get a message "something when wrong" when I look at the setting it shows up as a Pixel 2 I guess that is what they mirrored the operating system off if that helps. I'm sure there is something stupid I'm missing. I found a ling off of google on my PC and downloaded it to a thumb drive thinking maybe I could install it fresh and or over what's on the box ad that didn't work it try's to install it but says app was no installed. looking for some kind of a direction here I know it's something dumb I'm missing. for what it's worth It's hooked to the Net via an ether net cable the time and date is correct I saw that as could be an issue .
