Welcome to AC!
You don't want put apps to a SD card they are prone to failures do to not having fast write speed as internal storage, freezes , crashes I would recommend only as portable storage like pictures, videos, documents

Welcome to Android Central! Keep in mind that the option to use the SD card for apps on Samsung tablets is only for certain data -- the app won't actually get installed to the card, so a lot of the app will still need to reside on Internal Storage.

Where did you get your SD card? Counterfeit cards are common, especially if you buy from random online sellers. If this is the case, then the card you think is 128 GB might just be 16 GB, and once you start to exceed the true storage of the card, you can start getting errors or data loss.
