A couple of weeks ago I purchased a Tab Pro 10.1 from Dundee PcWorld/Currys store. A few days later I noticed a reasonably sized cluster of dead pixels in the center of the screen (about 10 or so) and so returned it to a Currys in Hull... I instantly noticed that the replacement also had more than one dead pixel in a similar place as the previous one! I couldn't believe it. If I had purchased them both from the same store I would have accepted that it was a faulty batch which is still possible as the same shipment might have been delivered to multiple stores.
So again, back to Currys I went and had it replaced for the third time. A week later and i have noticed some dead pixels. Luckily they are much smaller than previous and hardly noticeable so right now I am willing to live with them. However if they get much worse over the next 14 days then I will be returning the tablet for a refund which is a shame as I love the tablet.
I'm just wondering whether anyone else has had the same issue? I guess I'm directing this question to the UK in particular and recently purchased tablets. Thanks in advance.
