Tab S 8.4 menus

I thought all the S series had the black menu interface which I like. My tab 8.4 that I just bought has the standard, blinding white menus. Why?

White with light blue top? Mine changed from darker blues after I forced lollipop on it.

Yeah I thought it was black but maybe a dark blue. All the YouTube videos on it show the dark interface. Mine is the crapola blinding white background. Too bad it can't be changed.
