Tab S7+, anyone else excited about it?

No T-mobile doesn't block this feature and it works flawlessly as you can switch between phone and tablet at anytime during the call.
There's no At&t version of the S7+. Would the tmobile version work on At&t?

Also I had a Verizon Tab S6 last year and hated that Verizon blocked the number and text syncing between devices! Does tmobile also block these features?

Hope everyone enjoys their new tablets!

It doesnt bother me at all. pretty good customization.

Would be cool if you actually answered the question though... Is it optimized correctly to take advantage of a larger tablet screen, or is it just a blown up phone app? That's the question being asked, not whether or not it has pretty good customization lol smh...

Demanding much? LOL

I agree with your point in that the message sounded a bit curt, but this person was asking the same thing that I asked you a couple of weeks ago. We would really love to know if Android has been optimized to fit the tablet, or if it's the same phone app that's stretched to fit a tablet. Thanks!

In general, the majority of Android apps are phone apps. Since Apple is the only manufacturer that can sell an iOS device, it can exercise extremely tight controls over how those apps function and dictate measures to developers. Consequently, iOS apps either come in different versions for tablets or are able to recognize when they run on a tablet and adjust to "alternate interfaces."

Since Android is a much more open system, no single manufacturer is able to exercise this same degree of control over developers. So generally, Android apps are developed for the largest market -- phones. They will run on Android tablets just fine, but frequently do not make efficient use of the increased screen real estate. I have run into a few that function noticeably different between my phone (Note20) and my tablet (currently a Tab S3, soon to be replaced with a Tab S7+). Samsung has also addressed this deficiency somewhat by implementing the Dex environment on its newer devices.

Hoe this helps you a little. Cheers.

Now that someone asked nicely....LOL. It is just a larger app, it may have an ability to do columns, but I couldn't find it in a quick setting check and don't use it that way. I have went thru so many Twitter apps it is hard to remember them all. Most apps have free trials, so I would just start downloading them and trying them out. The one thing I want is cross device syncing, but I can not find that on any Twitter app anymore since they shut down Tweetmarker. :(

I do know there are apps out there, in my travels, that have added functionality on a tablet sized device. What exactly are you looking for? Most are not set up that way but may have a toggle for columns or tablet mode.

Can anyone tell me what I need to change in my settings so that the keyboard doesn't keep disappearing as I'm typing? This happened on my S4 periodically, but it happens every 20-30 characters on the S7+. Also, anyone know what settings I can change to prevent the keyboard from typing extra spaces? --This happens everywhere, not just at the end of sentences, & it happens on every Samsung device I've owned. It drives me up the wall.

I've never experienced that on any Samsung phone or tablet, and I've had several of each.
