Tablet over heating

Galaxy Tab S overheating issues warping its back cover
The issue is only officially on the tab s but I am wondering if it is on the note 10.1 2014 edition also since they have the same proccessing package.
The issue is a warped back. (exynos 5420).

I've been using this tablet for months now and haven't had any issues, and definitely not like that. Granted, after the KitKat update it does get a little warmer, but usually when playing graphics-intensive games, which is kinda expected.

I've had a couple of occasions that the tablet does get HOT when using the S-Pen, but you can tell that something's wrong because even input is laggy. A reboot took care of it both times. But still, the heat wasn't enough to warp the body.

Mine shuts down long before it would ever get hot enough to warp the plastic.

I have the tab s basically since launch ( I got it on the 28th) and no issues with the 10.5 version
