tablet owner change

I apologize in advance if this has appeared before. My son wants an iPad and I'm thinking of taking over his tablet. Is it possible to change all his google/samsung logins to mine for my phone? If so can someone tell me how?

Yes it is possible. Either do a Factory Reset and log in to everything using your info for a new system or delete his accounts and add yours in settings if you want to retain everything else.
