Tablet sliding brightness bar moves on its own

[Android Central Question]

Problem regarding my Lenovo m8 fhd tablet: the sliding brightness level bar, that appears when I swipe down, moves to the left or right approx every 15 minutes on its own, making the screen too dark or too light. I normally set it about 20% from the left side.

Sounds like Auto brightness on, u can disable it and control manually
