I lost my charging puck this weekend, kinda screwed as no replacements available in the UK yet

Could another owner with a volt meter do me a huge favor? plug in your puck and let me know the pin voltages? I am assuming its 5v,data - ,data +, grnd, top to bottom on the puck? If so, I can easily make a replacement, anyone able to test for me?
