TAG Heuer Connected not start, just see the TAG Logo

Hi I have a TAG Heuer Connected. Since the last charge the watch does not turn on, I only see the TAG Logo and nothing happens, I push the button 10 sec in order to restart but the same. I waited until the battery died and charge again, but the same only the TAG Logo on the scree. Please any comment or suggestions please.

Hmm. Is it still under warranty?

No, it not have warranty any more, I have more than 2 years with the watch

Sorry, I'm not sure what else to do. My guess is that it's either corrupt firmware or failing hardware. You could try sending an email to TAG support and ask if there's a specific way to boot into Recovery Mode.

My smartwatch currently does not have any firmware on it. I am looking if anyone could provide me with a backup image of their module.
