Take panoramic screenshot of all homescreens?

I took screenshots of all 4 home screens and tried stitching them together, but they dont look right. The backround is disjointed big time. Is there some app or trick that will take a screenshot of all 4 homescreens at once?

That's because of the way the background is spread across the screens.

I've wondered this too because I'm sure I've seen people posting screenshots of all their homescreens together like that.
