Taking a picture, phone locks up...? On GB..

On GB, when I take a picture the flash goes off then the screen goes black? I have to remove the battery to get the phone working again? Happens every time.............Any ideas? Can it be an app.??

Removed the version of "Flashlight" I had and the problem went away.....

Mine did this before GB, now (knock on wood) it hasn't done it (yet) after the GB update. I did notice that the flash isn't as bright as before, and it takes a darker setting to cause it to activate than it did before.
