I think that just controls the speaker tone ringer. It wouldn't disable the call itself coming in.

Yes but the primary complaint was the alerts interrupting music play. I don't think I've seen a control to 'disable' only incoming calls?

Go to your Samsung Gear app, under the Settings tab. Go into Notifications, then Manage Notifications. "Phone" is separately listed and unselecting it to send a notification to the watch should do it.

Good idea.. And there's a 'incoming call' notification that can be turned off in my list.. Better than turning off the ringer..

The first few call were to show the feature to family and friends. It is very handy while driving. I have it paired to my Level U Pro Bluetooth headphones and I answer calls using those while driving as well just separate the ear buds and the ear phones pick up the call. My Escort radar detector has blue tooth and it recognizes the Gear S3, not sure what for... I leave my phone laying around the house and just use my watch when I'm home very handy...
