My Samsung note 4 has come with Talkback installed. The app is not visible in the apps screen, nor is it under Setting->Accessibility->services. When I tried to download it from play store, it indicated that the app is installed. I could only uninstall the updates. The app is accessible under Application Manager, where nothing can be set there, except again uninstalling updates. I need this App to enable kindle app on android to read out aloud. Can someone please help me. I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Not sure what OS is on your phone, but go into settings and click on the search icon... then type in Talkback. You should see a search result... click on it. On Kitkat and Lollipop the option to turn it on is in Direct Access. That's Settings>Accessibility>Direct Access.

The problem is not Talkback, but the fact that it is not in my accessibility, and not in the apps, but it is installed because I can uninstall updates...

Thanks nahoku. I managed to turn Talkback on, now don't know how to turn it off or go to it's setting, to change the speed etc.

Welcome to the forums. Switching TalkBack off can be tricky sometimes. You need a double (or even triple) tap to select the different options and scroll with two fingers at the same time to navigate through the menus.
