Have you rooted your device, frozen any apps/bloatware, etc.. if so, undo it.

Hmm. Dare I say it... Factory Reset? 'Something' isn't right, though it doesdn't sound like you've done anything that would cause it. I'm at a loss.

I'm still getting this error. "Directory unavailable, please check again later". I have not rooted, uninstalled anything. Sounds like an app problem. I've tried with 3g and 4g and both yield this error message.

Not that this should matter, but are either of you able to open ANY forums with Tapatalk or does the app not launch at all? If just AC, curious if you can go there with your browser on the phone.

And since I'm not a current Android user (but I should be soon. Like maybe today soon) I was wondering why people need Tapatalk...at least on a phone as bada$$ as this one. Couldn't the browser work just fine for going on the forum?

Tapatalk is a much more efficient way of navigating forums. It only shows threads/posts, and leaves out all the graphics and other things that take up screen real estate. No need to scroll side to side or zoom in and out while using the app.

That's what I thought. I might check it out soon if I really can't stand using the forums without it. But I probably will.

I am getting the same problem. Directory is not available, try again later. This seems bad. I'm on wifi right now.

Ok, it's not just us Bionic users. Apparently the latest update to Tapatalk is, um, "less than stellar" and causing this problem for a lot of people on different devices. So, I guess we wait for an update. Just great. I don't use it much on my Xoom since it has a nice big screen for browsing, but, I definitely use it on my phone quite a bit. Not good at all. And no, this doesn't seem to affect everyone, so, yea, it probably does work for a lot of you. But, some of us are screwed for now.
