At least in MD. I was there yesterday and noticed that apparently the sale had been running all week, ending Saturday 8/3. I bought a $30 for about $1.50 off, and then used my Target "red card" for another 5%. So I figured I'd pass it along in case it helps anyone out.
I've still been undecided about buying cards on eBay, so this was a good deal for me. I don't usually walk down their prepaid phone aisle, but I think I'll keep an eye on it now.
