I just got a new DNA last night ...the phone shortcut is missing from the task bar. How do i get it back? I looked in apps with the Verizon representative and it is not there.I did fine a dialer in the shortcut area but can't get it to transfer to the phone screens. thank you Kelley

The only way to add it to the screen is to go through apps, find it, press and hold, and drag and drop to screen. OR, press screen, select apps in the prompt, find phone, press, hold, drag and drop. If you cannot find phone in your app drawer by scanning manually, click the search option in the right hand corner and type phone. Its should appear. If it does not, try checking your settings to see of perhaps it is disabled.
