Tasker issues on s4

I'm really new to Tasker but I'm frustrated. I'm trying to set a profile that when my phone is plugged in, weather at home or in the car the pin code is not required but when I unplug it the code is. IV followed instructions on YouTube and it just doesn't work for me. If anyone has one made in the s4 that works please provide details or maybe your files.

I had to download secure settings and turn off widget locker.
