Hi all

When I go to send a text message, my phone automatically goes to no service, then a few minutes later, I will get two or three bars.

I can't send or receive text messages at all.

Often when trying to send a message, my phone will freeze up and the only way to get it going again is to pull the battery.

Does anyone know what to do to fix it?

I'd like to root, but I dont know enough about it.

Sounds like you need to go get a replacement.
