okay i fell like a real idiot. i downloaded the TBH to my charge, installed it, clicked on the debloated file and it says it is saved to my sdcard. now what. i have search and i cant find a TBH app how to. i found the file for the debloat and rood on my sdcard using Astro and click on them and is says extract here or another directory. i have tried both.
i know it shouldnt be this difficult.

Either you have to flash it in CWM or via odin depending on what you are trying to do

install the debloated gingerbread. I have odin installed on pc and team black hat app on charge . Now what? I open the app and downloaded onto the sd card.

move it from the SDcard to the PC then odin the file. Be aware that you will erase your data.

Ok. I backed up apps with astro, contacts and pics are backed up. Am I missing anything?

I would say use something like MyBackUpPro, it can back up everything (phone lists, texts, APK + Data)

i have read good and bad about my back up pro. one thing i read was it was not able to return a phone from gingerbread back to foyo.

I don't know if that is true or not, I will say that it is tough to go from GB to any Froyo build so that could be the case. If not that one then use titanium backup, but either way a good backup solution more than just saving the APKs is a good thing.
