+1, the free Google Sync for Outlook tool works with the free Google Gmail or Google Apps Gmail (free or corp. versions)... And it does contacts and calendars both ways for all of them.

OK now I'm confused. I had assumed QuadCam was using Outlook with Exchange. It is my understanding that the only free app that Google makes for syncing with Exchange via Outlook is Calendar Sync. If my assumption was wrong, then that was my mistake. 
If I'm wrong about syncing Exchange data from Outlook to Gmail, please post the link to the free app. I've been living in the dark. Shed some light on me!
