Tempered Glass with Built in Case Screen Protector

Going on a trip and looking at getting the SUPCASE Water Resistant case just for this trip (island/water/etc) and it has built in screen protector ala Otterbox... Just wondering if anyone knows if you can use that AND a Tempered Glass Protector at same time? I will just use it for specific times, not everyday use, and I don't want the tempered glass protector to pull off when changing it on and off. I've seen my daughters old otterbox and remember seeing it touching the screen....
