TermUX: No "mount" command?

[Android Central Question]

I've been trying to figure out (if it's even possible) how to add an external, standalone (self-powered) Western Digital USB hard drive to my phone's filesystem. It seems that it *should* be possible to do this, but one major stumbling block I've run across is that there seems to be no "mount" command in TermUX! Should I be approaching this from a whole other angle?
Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
