Terrible Battery life because of "Phone" app

The last two days my phone has had terrible battery life, my phone app is using 23% and has kept my phone awake for 6hours out of 7 it has been unplugged. It used to last all day but now I'm lucky for it to last half a day.

Any ideas?

A reboot usually fixes any wakelocks. Try that

I tried to reboot several times , and I try to get into the recovery mode but every time I try to get into recovery mode the phone powers off and turns back on.
