Terrible video quality w/ PERISCOPE and NOTE 3: iphones seem so much better?

True/False: periscope video quality on iphone is better than android? My Note 3 videos on periscope seem absolutely terrible whereas I have the impression that videos of others seem great.

I've just done some test shots on good wifi to rule out AT&T. It doesn't seem network related.

Any ideas?

Email them with a screenshot of the replay, the quality is garbage! Periscope needs to get the quality up. I'm uploading at 15mbps on a 5GHz WiFi connection, there should be no reason for the low resolution, I would understand if it were on a mobile connection but its on WiFi, nearly 4ft from the router.

So no, its not just you.
