tether appt

When I had my blackberry I bought the tether app. Now that I have Android I've been trying to get it to work I follow all the instructions. When I hook my phone back up click the debug setting on my phone my phone services goes away and the tether app says there is no services and 3g disappears. But when I unplug my phone my services return...can anybody help me with this.

Do you have a thunderbolt ?
If so turn on the wireless hotspot

I'm confused - when you say tether, I think wifi tether ala mobile hotspot, but free.

Since you're plugging in your phone (to a computer??) I'm not so sure.... what are you trying to accomplish? Sorry, maybe I just haven't had enough coffee yet this morning

I'm not sure but I know what your talking about. is this the tether for bb or actual Android app? id go to tether.com and check there forums. it works for me

Is the tether application you are Talking about PDAnet? If so, The code you have is only good for the platform you bought it for. Example, I bought one for my iphone but had to buy another one for my Android phone.

This tether app is from tether.com and yes I have the thunderbolt.
