Tethering

Is tethering easier with ICS or do you still need an app to get it done?

It is just a checkbox for me found under Settings -> More, Tethering and portable hotspots. Slide to the on position, actually seems to fire up faster than on GB.

Thats what I found. So my question is can I just check it, atttach the usb and away I go or what?

I'm sure this will be tracked by ATT just as before right? So we will still have to have the tethering plan. Anyone tried it yet? Let us know. Thanks.
