text, data works fine just cant recieve incoming calls..any suggestions

My phone was doing the same thing......had to factory reset it
It could be a setting.....if you want to spend the time going through your settings you might find the problem. If it was working fine then suddenly stopped I would look at any recent apps you've added or changes you've made.

Also if you just upgraded the OS a factory reset might be the way to go (that was my issue).
