Text Messages Not Sending?

I have recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy Y GT-S5360 and it is the most complicated piece of equipment I have ever seen. I have now transferred all my contacts from my previous phone. When I try to send a text message I receive a message saying undelivered because network not available. I have been using this network (Melita in Malta) for 5 years. I am completely baffled. HEELLPP !!!!!!!!!!

I am having this same problem, with the galaxy s 3 in 2015!!!! How is this still going on?!?

and nope, I don't clear out RAM. And this is a new-to-me replacement phone, so storage is very low.

I have done all troubleshooting steps provided by verizon minus another turn off/turn on, or a hard reset.

I use my phone as my wi-fi, as we live out in the country where there is no high speed internet, so I can't do some steps while reading troubleshooting. how annoying, and am stuck with verizon because I live out in the country.

seriously, how is it that we are in 2015 with crap phones, paying too much for less service than we used to have? grrrr....

any new suggestions on this "sending" issue that sends NOTHING? (I can receive, just not send.)

Well I have AT&T and I was just having that problem and just had to restart my phone
All is good now. Samsung S4 Active
Hope this works for all.

I'm having the same problem. On my other phone, I have an app called clean master installed that allows me to clear cache for every app and clear ram. I am thinking of downloading this app on to the phone I'm having trouble with and seeing if that help, haven't tried it yet but, if it works will let you know.

Still same problem the message wont send says failed but sits my message send and says unable to send no network service. How do i fix this problem..pls... need it.
