Hi i have an lg stylo 6 and was wondering how i can get my messages to show me if they were delivered or read after i send em.

See if you can long press the message then tap 3 dots upper right corner and choose detail

If you and the person you're communicating with have RCS (chat features) turned on, you should be able to see read receipts.
