Text/Photo issue

I need help with a texting issue. Ive had the Droid 4 for about 2 weeks. When I first got it I was able to send and receive photos by text but all of a sudden it stopped working.
I get an error message that says Message not received if someone sends me one and a message that says message not sent if I try to send one.
Ive done a reset, had the 4g card replaced, and tried every setting that Verizon can come up with and nothing works. Verizon says they have opened a case but Im not sure how much faith I have in that.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you asked them to reprovision your account on their network?

Yes they tried that. I spoke with them this morning and they think when they ported the number from sprint 2 years ago they made a mistake and it was not ported correctly. I asked for it to be fixed and some sort of refund applied to my account.
