Text Quick Responses

Is there any way of adding your own personal "quick response" for texting? I have tried deleting the ones already in there but when I retype it, it doesn't save it.
I just got a Samsung Galaxy s5

Set them generic texts up in a note pad, and copy paste/send. Pretty simple.

I had no trouble deleting or adding new QR texts. Sorry... Where are you doing it?

If you turn on preview message for the lock screen under notifications it shows the person texting you and a preview of the message. Don't see any alternative using the stock app (which I just switched back to for more compatibility with my Gear 2)

I'm trying to send a text, but when I go into Quick Responses and click on one, delete it and add something new, it doesn't save it. How do you add a new Quick Response on your Galaxy s5?
