Text Reader

I was dependant on DriveSafe.ly on Gingerbread, even though it had some issues. Now that I'm on ICS, I can't find any apps that will consistently read incoming text messages through any of my Bluetooth devices. The closest is Assistant, but it will not read if the screen is off and it will not open the screen when a message is received.

I've tried Eva, Assistant (Speaktoit), Iris, DriveSafe.ly, Vlingo & Skyvi; most of the more highly reviewed in the app store. Even the BlueAnt app (for my BlueAnt).

Any ideas?

In my car dock any time I get a text I have the option for it to read it to me.
