Text to Speech for Amazon Kindle Book app

I know Samsung Galaxy tablet S3 has its own text to speech but it doesn't work when I try for a book to read on its own on the Amazon Kindle Book app so does anyone know of any apps I can download for this to work? They call it text to speech for the kindle book app when I call Amazon but Samsung tells me text to speech is something different so it looks like Samsung might not even have it. Either way this tablet has better specs than a Kindle Fire tablet so there should be a way to do it.

Samsung might also tell you that the sun rises in the north - they're not very helpful. In an Android phone, you have to use TalkBack in Accessibility, which will probably drive you crazy, because you pretty much lose control of your phone.

So practically, you can't use TTS in the Amazon Kindle app.
