Texting issues

My order of text messages have been screwed up. I'll send a text - then my recipient will send a text - but they will be out of order. Not a big deal - but annoying. I've reset the S4 and took out the battery out for a bit. Can't fix this.

I've had this happen before. The cause of it in my situation was that the 2 devices that were messaging each other had different times within the same time zone.

This specifically happened the night daylight savings began. My friend's carrier rolled the clocks back before mine. For a while, until my time was rolled back his messages came in as if they had been sent an hour previous.
