Texting problem

So apparently I've inadvertently pissed off a few people by not responding to texts I've never received. There are a few people that text me and I never get them, all ever since I got this phone and updated to ICS. I can send them texts with no problems but can't receive anything from them.

Has anyone experienced this at all?

I say update your profile and your prl and see if that fixes anything. If nothing else its worth a shot!

You can access these settings I'm the sprint zone app and I believe they are in the phone settings as well

Menu > Settings > About Phone > Update PRL and Profile.

I had major issues with this after I ported my number from metropcs. I could not get texts from metro pcs people but everything else worked. But if you've had this phone for a while and all of a sudden this is occurring I'm not sure.

It's just weird that it's only a few people, there's nothing in common with them either. I could see if they were on all on Verizon or AT&T but it's just completely random.
