Texting problems..

There were problems, reported here after the last HTC-provided update, with SMS messaging while connected to WiFi. Had the issue with my DNA too. Not sure if it was ever officially acknowledged as a bug or not, nor whether it'll even be addressed before the next HTC update (that'll introduce new bugs). Heck, who knows if there'll even BE another update for the DNA.

When I am sending SMS, MMS or email (pop3 only, gmail works fine) I have to turn off wifi and use 4/3G. This started with the last update.

Ok the pop3 part implies it might be a router or firewall issue. I have that same problem with multiple phones when I try to connect to the WiFi at work. Pop3 email can never get through. At my home WiFi there's no problem.

Update: I switched to Hangouts ugh....but with no problem. Works alot smoother.
