Texting (SMS) issues with a new S4

Just traded in my Samsung Infuse (2+ years old) for a S4 (ATT) last night. I was able to text last night (sms) with a few friends, however today I am not receiving any messages. Any clues on where I should start my troubleshooting/debugging?

I had a similar issue with my S3 last year and it ended up being a SIM card issue.

Have you powered the phone off and back on, just to verify?
