Texting troubles

[AC Question]

There is the number that I was texting to the other day and everything was working fine. Now, when I try to text the number again, the text could not be sent and it saw error code 2 ( I have straight talk). What exactly is error code 2? And could it just be her phone? I tried sending just random texts to other numbers and they have been sent fine.

To me is sounds like a network issue and not a phone issue, but I'm not sure.
