I didn't get a case?? Does everyone who pre-ordered a phone receive a case?

I really think Sprint did a stand up thing by sending us cases.

Even more appreciative that I could exchange it at my local Sprint store for one that wasn't such a hideous shade of blue.

Anyway... Thought it should be acknowledged.

I would expect so. The note that came with it said:

"HTC and Sprint want to thank you for your patience as we know you have been anticipating the arrival of your new HTC EVO 4G LTE. Please accept this phone accessory as a small token of our appreciation and thanks."

I had the extended battery on my og EVO so, yeah, this skinny thing was a big change! The case made a good difference.

Great news - I went into a retail store and they just gave me $20 credit towards any other accessory. Got myself a new car dock for $15

Not sure where you live, but I live in the KC area and it was the location on 39th Street by Independence Center.
