The absolute best case for the lg g3

Eh...that is clearly photo shop because my case does not have "Mighty Shield" on it.
The only other name actually on the case besides TuaTara is CaseBot.

You cared more than you think since you searched and posted all the links, while you were at work. I guess your job is boring and shouldn't have people like you working for them if all you do is get on the internet and post in forums ranting about things you don't really care about.

Thread cleaned up of personal attacks.

I remind some people here to remain civil and refrain from personal attacks.
If you don't care for a post ,Dont respond to it . Also as per guidelines:

P.U.P.P.A.H
(Be Polite, Understanding, Patient, Professional, Attentive and Helpful)

Be polite. We ask that you keep your language clean and polite.

Be understanding and patient. You may be a power user or developer, but the person you’re talking to on the other end may be a complete newbie. Be patient, and provide all details possible if you’re posting about a problem (descriptive thread title always helps).

Be a pro. Don’t get into arguments over dumb things. If someone responds in a poor or rude fashion, ignore it. If you notice a pattern of rude or poor behavior from a particular member, report them to our moderators. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all. In a nutshell, ‘think before you post’.

Be attentive and helpful. Answer questions in a timely manner when you can, and provide thoughts and suggestions that might lead to the solution of a members’ problem.

I pulled the picture right off of Fintie's website, so whatever. And yes, I cared, but not about the topic. Rather, I cared about keeping myself entertained.

Also, no my job isn't boring and they should definitely employ people like me who finish all of their tasks immediately and fast enough to have as much downtime as I do.

Edit: Out of curiosity, why are you so defensive about the whole subject?

You still want to see them?
Don't worry I have pictures just for you.
I am waiting on two other emails so I can upload those too.

I didn't mean you photo shopped the picture but they did.
I'm sure there are plenty of threads to keep you entertained while at work getting paid by the hour.
I am not getting defensive at all, just merely responding to you guys.
I started this post to show a good case for a good price and some of you choose to take this to another level.

Actually, on this board, there aren't many fast moving threads. This was actually one of the few that I felt I could participate in. And yes, I do get paid by the hour. If it makes you feel better, today, I'm also shopping a $1300 PC build list for a buddy of mine while getting paid by the hour. Good thing I'm all caught up on my other work.

Also, I'd say you are getting a bit defensive. Merely responding wouldn't include any comments on a personal level and would restrict comments to the topic at hand. I really don't see how "whether my job is boring and my employers should employ people like me" is even relevant to the topic at hand, but you chose to comment on it.

Lastly, I wasn't one of the people who even commented on the case, stating it was a knock off of the other case or that it was ugly or what not. You made a thread about it and I actually do appreciate the thread. It calls attention to a product you are highly fond of and you wanted to share with others, in case others might find it of interest. I only joined into the discussion to help try and clarify for everyone who makes the case, cause I thought it would be interesting to find out and was relevant to the topic.

Anyway, whatever...

I would like you to give some form of backup to what your saying. I have emails from Tuatara saying they don't make any cases for the G3 and I showed them, you say you have emails from them saying they do make a case for the G3 so just curious why you won't or can't show them.

By the way I never said you don't have the case you gave the link to, what I'm saying is that Tuatara don't make it. The only evidence I have for the is the fact that they don't even list a single case for an LG product and the emails from the company stating that they don't make the case. However maybe you do know better, after all you know that everybody will drop their phone.

In the lack of a reply from the OP to put any backup to what he was saying about contact with Tuatara I thought I would just ask them myself and as you can see from the email I received from them below there is a very good reason why he has not replied. I suppose the best way to say it is that he was not very truthful in his information.

Now obviously you can make up your own mind but I think I will chose to believe the representative from Tuatara.

In the words of AndroidHabit, who is talking smack now?

Hello,
I am not lying about the emails they sent me.
I have other issues to deal with in my life and have not uploaded them here because of that.
I have no reason to lie, now I may be wrong about something but I am not lying.

I have pictures of the emails and will upload them when I have the time to deal with you.
I have also emailed two of the companies named and got no reply.

Please remember that companies do operate under different names.
This is to get the most chances to get customers.
BrilloTech has not replied to my email with being connected to TalBot.
I also emailed TalBot and asked them are they working with Fintie.
No reply from them either, but I do have the emails with them about ordering cases.

If you are so concerned with this, then please wait until I upload the emails.

So to clear things up and recap:

TuaTaraCovers.com is TalBot and they make anything for anyone.

I believed that Fintie and BrilloTech used TalBot to make these cases.
I connected Fintie to TuaTara simply because of the name TuaTara.
This could have been a mistake but you never know, unless Fintie and BrilloTech confirms.

Please excuse my errors as I do not wish to mislead anyone, however I do have the emails.
I state in them that I have the LG G3 and wish to get a price on a bulk order.
Fintie does give me the price for the quantity. I will have go back and read the emails again.

Again I am not a lying and have the pictures of emails to prove what I am saying.

Also just to mention "Mighty shield" is NOT stamped on the LG G3 case.
It has CaseBot on the side, this is where I assumed TalBot made these.

Loving my Hyperion titan ae case. Got it on Amazon for $10.48 with shipping and comes in lots of colors. It is slim, feels like velvet so it has great grip.

Spigen slim armor. Under 20 bucks on Amazon

uhhh, sure... I paid $12 for a pair of them on Alibaba, but OK. whatever works. ;)

Seriously though people, you realize every last one of these Amazon resellers is just a Chinese wholesaler marking up 600%, right?

On another on-topic question, does anyone know of a soft silicone jelly-type shell for the G3? The type that used to be common for Blackberries, but I note is getting harder and harder to find. I prefer these are they are much more absorbent of drops and impacts than hard TPU cases. I found one supplier for my Nexus4, but nothing yet for G3..

Oh but I am back again....don't think for a second that I left because of this thread.

Its not that serious and in fact I had many things going on with my life and my phone.

I had to get the phone replaced and redo everything also the 128gb card I got off of ebay was a fake card.
Six months after purchase I finally got a reply from the seller after several emails to him.
I paid under $15 for it and he just sent $17 through paypal to me. (price too good to be true)
I will buy a real one from best buy around $100.
Long story short I lost the pictures I took to prove my contact with said companies.
I do however still have the emails, but if this is so serious to whomever it was arguing, then I will charge you for my time and present you with the emails.

In other news just had AT&T switch a grandfathered unlimited plan to my phone by changing numbers and saved $20 on the bill by reducing the other phones data plan. All is good with the new phone I got as a replacement.
I do get random freezes though but that could be from rooting? I have not debloated like I did my first one.

Anyway hope everyone had a good new year!

Oh ffs you revived a 3 month old thread. I have the spigen slim armor but rarely use it. I love the look of my phone. Just like my women I don't like them covered up.

Nice to have you back again Android! ☺

Thank you man, its good to be getting back on track with life, though there are still some things that to be ironed out. I look forward to posting here again.

How can any case that cracks when you simply remove it be rated as the best case? It seems they picked the wrong material for this application!

Also, I have seen the comment that everyone will drop their phone at some point. That unproven comment is still in testing with millions of users... I have had cell phones hanging on my hip since they came out, and to this point, I have never dropped my phone (or any of my laptops or tablets) I am NOT saying I never will; but because you say it or believe it will never make it a fact.

I completely agree with those who believe that the case must have style along with substance. The main goal of the accessories you choose in life is not... is it the best, or is it the most expensive, or the most functional, or whatever; but rather does it give the individual enjoyment and satisfy "his/her" own requirements of the product! But like they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder; until you try to force it on someone else!

We all need to have a sensible perspective on the value of our opinions!

Mod note: I am inclined to believe this thread has run it's course. Thread closed.
